2026 ENDORSING CONVENTION
Saturday, February 7th, 2026
Doors open 8:00 am | Call to Order 9 am
Each Primary season, the TXRA hosts an endorsing convention for Republican candidates in contested statewide and select multi-county races. Candidates are invited to make a presentation to our TXRA members with the intention of seeking an endorsement of the TXRA.
Candidates value the TXRA endorsement because it signals to voters that the endorsed candidate is a Republican who shares their values. Additionally, endorsed candidates can represent that they have been endorsed by the “Republican Wing of the Republican Party.”
The Texas Republican Assembly (TXRA) is an affiliate of the National Federal of Republican Assemblies, which is a grassroots Reagan conservative organization which believes in small government, lower taxes, free market capitalism, a strong defense, the right to life, and a decent America.
IF YOU ARE A DELGATE, ALTERNATE, OR GUEST you may preregister here. We are accepting donations from Republicans that are not a state candidate on the current ballot.
In compliance with the Texas Republican Assembly bylaws Article XIII -Conventions and Article XIX- Endorsement,
the TXRA will having its 2026 endorsing convention on Saturday, February 7th, 2026, at the following address:

Registration: Starts at 8 am
Call to Order: 9 am
End of Day: On or before 5 pm
Board of directors meeting right after convention adjournment.
Only delegates and seated alternates are eligible to vote.
